This product is comprised of four components that work in concert to provide you with multiple viewing options. The four components are (1) the weighted base, (2) the telescoping pedestal, (3) the cantilever arm and (4) the holding bracket.

The weighted base is a mixture of composites to provide the most solid stability possible. The two-piece telescoping pedestal compresses down to 17″ and elevates up to a height of 32″. The cantilever arm is 19″ long and can be set at a completely vertical pose or angled to a 90 degree right angle from the pedestal. The holding bracket is made of Aluminum and can accommodate any size iPad or tablet from 7″ up to the largest of tablets. The holding bracket’s four posts that grip the device are set at a fixed space of 3/4″ apart. This means the bracket can accommodate a device with a folio case attached or a naked iPad or tablet.

The Carbon Steel’s maximum height is 58″ to the top edge of the iPad or tablet. This makes it perfect for making standing presentations or situated in front of a desk cantilevered over the desk top. For best results do not set the Carbon Steel on thick-pile carpeting because it requires a hard, level surface for best stability. With any pedestal stand there will be a small amount of wobble depending on how hard you tap or type.
