Secura Salad Maker and food processor includes 5 interchangeable cones:

1. Thin slicing cone (Blue) for cutting thin, smooth slices. This insert is suitable for cutting: carrots, zucchini, potatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions, turnips, beets, red cabbage, white cabbage, apples or Gruyère cheese.

2. Crinkle cut slicing cone (Green) for cutting wavy slices. This insert is suitable for cutting: carrots, zucchini, potatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions, turnips, red cabbage, white cabbage, apples or hard cheese.

3. Coarse shredding cone (Red) is for coarse grating of carrots, zucchini, potatoes, peppers, hard cheese (e.g. Parmesan) or chocolate.

4. Fine shredding cone (Orange) is for fine grating of carrots, zucchini, hard cheese (e.g. Parmesan), chocolate or coconuts.

5. Extra fine grating cone (Yellow) is suitable for grinding/grating hard cheese (e.g. Parmesan), chocolate, dry bread/rolls or pastries, hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds, peanuts or coconuts.
