Stay tape adds strength and stability to those areas that may need a little extra strength. They are lightweight, will not add bulk and prevent stretching. Tap will not shrink and can be cut without fraying. Use to stabilize waistlines, curved necklines, shoulder seams, side pocket openings, lapel roll lines and gathered seamlines. Machine Washable and dry cleanable. Made of 100 percent nylon. Instructions are determine where stay tape will be used. Cut to length and pin to wrong side of fabric. Do not position stay tape over an intersection of seams. Pin and stitch seam as directed in pattern instructions. Apply stay tape to only one fabric layer of a seam. Measure 10-yard length by 1/2-inch width.
