Provides clear and easy viewing of stitch settings including the number and image of the selected stitch, stitch length settings and stitch width settings.

Programmable Needle Up / Down

The needle can be programmed to stop in the highest up position, making it easier to remove fabric from the machine. The needle can also be programmed to stop in the down position which is ideal for pivoting, appliquéing and quilting.

SwiftSmart Threading

The easiest threading system! Simply guide the thread directly from the spool to the needle area through a single groove and thread the needle by simply pressing the lever for effortless threading!

Presser Foot Sensor

Ensures the presser foot is in the proper position for an easy start. The machine will not begin to sew if the presser foot is raised, reducing the chance of thread bunching.

Automatic Twin Needle Mode

Select stitches automatically adjust for twin needle sewing with just the touch of the Twin Needle button.

Speed Control Lever & Start/Stop Button

Unplug the foot control, press the Start button and the machine sews. You are still in complete control over the speed – just slide the Speed Control lever to the desired speed.

Stitch Elongation on Select Stitches

Press the Elongation button and eight stitches are made 2 to 3 times longer.

Drop & Sew Bobbin

One Cycle Stitch Button On select stitches, the One Cycle Stitch Button sews a single unit of the stitch, allowing for complete creativity. If you press the button when sewing a stitch sequence, the machine will stop at the end of the cycle being sewn.

Tacking Stitch Button Tie-off any stitch with just a push of the Tacking Stitch Button. Three tiny tacking stitches reinforce patterns and stitches to prevent unraveling.

Center Zigzag Taper When tapering with the zigzag stitch, the stitch tapers to the center not the left or right, providing a more attractive look when tapering into or out from a point.

Automatic Tension This system ensures stable stitch quality regardless of the type of fabric.

7-Segment Feeding System This is a specially designed feed dog that ensures that the fabric is picked up and supported from the front of the presser foot to the back. This provides for accurate feeding of the fabric.

Box Feed The feed dogs move in a box motion, rather than the historic arc motion. The box motion assures perfect feeding throughout the entire feed process, as the feed dogs are always in perfect and equal contact with the fabric and presser foot.

Automatic Presser Foot Pressure Control The amount of pressure exerted on the fabric by the presser foot against the feed dogs is adjusted automatically. Sew from the lightest weight tricots to the heaviest denim, without making presser foot pressure adjustments.

Automatic Reverse Push the conveniently located automatic reverse button to sew in reverse and reinforce the stitch.
