Introduced in 2008 the Oyster Perpetual Day-Date II made its impact on the watch world both with impressive size and the legacy that the Rolex Day-Date has maintained since 1956. Measuring a huge 41 mm this watch case is crafted from 18 kt. yellow gold containing the Rolex Calibre 3156 self-winding mechanical movement and is water resistant up to 100 meters/330 ft. Beneath the scratch resistant sapphire crystal is a white dial with Roman numeral markers and the day and date displays at 12 and 3 o’clock. The dial and crystal are magnificently framed with an 18 kt. yellow gold bezel set with round cut diamonds. The bracelet is the three piece Presidential link specifically designed for this model securing with the concealed fold-over Crowclasp blending seamlessly into the bracelet. This model was discontinued by Rolex in 2015.
