The case offers you a window that features notifications and information such as an incoming call that you can answer without opening the cover.
You can also take photos and listen to your music. When closed, the S-View cover offers instant access to critical features by easily swiping between menus with your finger or stylus.
Accept or reject incoming calls with just a swipe. Access your phone¡¯s camera, open the Action Memo menu,or navigate your music tracks ¨C all without opening the cover. The back easily snaps on, replacing the phone¡¯s standard battery cover, without making the phone bulky.
Activation: To activate smart case – turn on phone, unlock screen and close case. You may have to open and close the case several times. Phone should automatically switch to S-View mode and ask you to choose background color.
Sleep/Wake: To activate sleep/wake, go to Settings| General| Accessory| S View Cover and make sure that the ‘Automatic Unlock’ function is enabled. You will also receive a registered code to update the software of the chip on your case. This will enable the sleep function to work.
Note: For the sleep/wake function to work you cannot use a lock code or password on your lock screen. Troubleshooting: If your case loses smart functionality, please completely power off your phone and turn back on, then follow activation steps outlined above. As with any smart phone, it is a good practice to power down your phone once a week regardless.
